In case of equipment failure and maintenance, all departments shall fill in the maintenance application form and report to the logistics department that maintenance personnel shall timely repair and make maintenance records to ensure the equipment integrity rate. 2. Instruments that are not allowed to be moved shall not be moved at will. During the operation, the operator shall not leave without authorization. When the instrument is found to be operating abnormally, the operator shall immediately find out the cause and eliminate the fault in time. If necessary, the operator shall ask the maintenance personnel of the medical equipment department for assistance. It is strictly prohibited to use and operate with fault and overload. 3. If the instrument is damaged and needs to be repaired, the maintenance application can be clearly filled in item by item according to regulations, and the portable instrument can be sent to the maintenance room of the logistics department for repair. For those who are not suitable for moving, the application form shall be submitted to the logistics department, and the maintenance personnel of the logistics department shall sign for it and indicate the repair date, and deliver it for use on time. 4. When the equipment used by each department fails, the equipment shall not be taken to other places for repair without approval.
